About Pune Hydrogen Valley

Pune Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster (P-HVIC) is an initiative conceptualized and led by CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL) in collaboration with industry partners.

The initiative brings together green hydrogen production, storage and utilization across industrial and mobility applications, creating a platform to demonstrate how green hydrogen technologies can move from research and development towards practical applications.

    Pune Hydrogen Valley Foundation is led by Dr. Vishnu Budama, Chief Executive Officer, who brings more than 15 years of combined industry and research experience.

    His experience includes energy systems, green hydrogen production and storage, sustainable energy research and industry-academia collaboration. Dr. Budama also played a key role in conceptualizing and developing the Pune Hydrogen Valley initiative under the mentorship of CSIR-NCL.
